It was just a fine choice for a weekend stopover in Hakodate with very good value for money. The common kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient to prepare meals and meet fellow travelers. Arrive early to secure parking as it fills up quickly.

The hotel is perfectly located near shops and restaurants, which was a hit with my teenage daughter. The spacious rooftop terrace was a nice surprise, offering a relaxing view of the harbor while we enjoyed some family time upstairs.

My wife says that the breakfast options are quite limited, which made planning our mornings a bit tough.

hakoba hakodate by the share hotels is a great spot! the staff were super friendly, and they spoke english, which made things easy. the location is a quick walk to the harbor area and cool sights like the mount hakodate ropeway. the rooftop deck offers amazing views, perfect to enjoy a nice breeze.
